Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Window & Door Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the installation of windows and doors, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency on every project. As a leader on-site, you will coordinate with team members, interpret blueprints and schematics, and uphold safety standards to deliver exceptional results that enhance our clients’ spaces. Duties
- Lead and supervise the installation of windows, doors, and related fixtures on various construction sites
- Read and interpret paperwork and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
- Coordinate with project managers, carpenters, and fabricators to meet project timelines and specifications
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, assemble, and install components
- Perform heavy lifting and maneuver large or fragile glass panels safely during installation
- Execute caulking, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and fixture or cabinet installation as needed
- Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to ensure compliance with safety standards and client expectations
- Provide mentorship to team members, ensuring proper use of tools and techniques while fostering a collaborative work environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on window and door installation; remodeling or handyman experience is a plus
- This is a 1099 Position. Must have carry insurance but we can help set up the right candidate if you do not.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
