Duties
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables, handling food items safely, and supporting the culinary team during busy service periods.
- Support catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use.
- Follow food handling protocols to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently.
- Adhere to health department regulations and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
