Experienced Pizza Maker / Pizzaiolo – New Food Trailer. BILINGUAL, ENGLISH/SPANISH. (Part-Time) Weekends available (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and hard-working Experienced Pizza Maker to join our team in a brand-new Food Trailer. We need someone who can handle the fast-paced environment of a mobile kitchen, maintain top quality on every pizza, and provide great service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Prepare dough, sauces, and fresh toppings from scratch. Hand-stretch and bake pizzas, ensuring consistent quality, texture, and flavor. Manage oven temperatures and cook times efficiently in a food trailer setup. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation adhering to food safety standards. Track inventory levels for the pizza station.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pizza Maker / Pizzaiolo (minimum 2 years required). Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred for effective communication with customers and team members. Ability to work comfortably and efficiently in a food trailer environment during peak hours. Weekends available. Positive attitude, punctual, and team-oriented. Valid work authorization and Food Handler Certification (ServSafe or equivalent, if applicable).
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
