GVH Distribution, LTD. is looking for a motivated and reliable Order Selector to join our warehouse team in Amarillo, Texas. Position Details:
- Full-Time | 40 hours per week
- Food Service Shift starting at 10:00 a.m. or Retail shift starting at 4:45 a.m.
- Shift hours may vary based on customer demand
- Earnings up to $22/hour ($18 base pay plus incentives)
- Eligible for Annual Profit Sharing Program
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately select customer orders using pick lists
- Operate a 96” electric pallet jack safely and efficiently
- Verify that pulled items match orders and are free of damage
- Stack items on pallets per supervisor instructions and apply shrink wrap for shipping
- Transport completed pallets to the correct dock area
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment through routine cleaning duties
- Complete required Safety Training within 2 business days of hire
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stay physically active throughout the shift
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
- Minimum 1 year of order selecting experience
- Forklift and/or electric pallet jack experience required
