Molon Motor a manufacturing company of AC/DC motors and gear motors has immediate opening for an experienced accounts receivable and knowledgeable payroll person. Looking for a local candidate who is a fast learner, accurate and can multi-task efficiently. Candidate must be a citizen of the US.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts including bank accounts
- Produce invoices to customers
- Handles customer inquiries on outstanding balances and resolve disputed issues
- Prepares daily summary of transactions affecting cash balances, receivable and payable balances for the Chairman of the Board
- Reconciles all bank accounts to the General Ledger on a monthly basis
- Calculates employee wages from time cards and prepares checks for weekly payment of wages
- Matches bill of lading and packing lists with respective customer invoice to be filed
- Assists in answering in-coming phone calls in a professional manner
Pay: $24.50 - $28.00 per hour

Experience:
- Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
- payroll: 3 years (Preferred)
- invoicing: 3 years (Preferred)
- Mathematical aptitude: 5 years (Preferred)
