The Red Lion Inn 1704, located in Cohasset, MA, offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for an experienced, talented, and creative Sous Chef to join us at the Olde Salt House.
Working closely with the Restaurant Chef, the successful candidate should be passionate about developing their knowledge of detailed presentations, using the best ingredients in American cuisine, and understanding how to bring out the best flavors in each dish.
