Sunstates Security is hosting a Hiring Event for Security Professionals on Wednesday, August 19th, 2026, from 9:30AM - 4:00PM.
Meet with Hiring Managers to explore Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flex positions on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in the Brentwood, TN, area.
Various days and shifts are available with a pay range starting at $19.00/hr, with weekly pay.

This is a walk-in event. Come prepared to interview with our hiring managers.
Requirements:
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years of age with a clean MVR.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Good customer service skills and professional appearance.
- Ensure the security of the area.
- Access Control.
- Ensuring rules, regulations, and protocols are followed.
- Report Writing (daily activities, incident reports, key logs, maintenance, etc.)
- Monitor Security Cameras.
- Conduct Foot Patrols.
- Other duties assigned by management.
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
