Our client is a 1000+ attorney international law firm in the Am Law top 50. They strive to be a forward thinking progressive firm that goes above and beyond to provide their clients with the Platinum standard of client service. Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal that can be located in any of their California offices.
This role will support attorneys through every phase of complex litigation, requiring strong knowledge of trial procedures, nationwide court rules, and preferably healthcare-related matters.
Firm has a 3 in office and 2 days remote hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file pleadings, motions, discovery materials, and sealed documents.
- Conduct factual investigations, case analysis, and document management.
- Track discovery, filing, and statutory pretrial deadlines.
- Coordinate trial exhibits, case files, and supporting materials.
- Provide on-site assistance during trials and other proceedings.
- Review work for accuracy and communicate regularly with legal teams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
- ABA-approved paralegal certification required; bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of state, federal, and appellate court rules and e-discovery processes.
- Strong technical, organizational, and writing skills, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Salary: Up to 145K, can be flexible depending on experience.
Pay: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
