We're looking for an exceptional caregiver to join our team as a Concierge Caregiver—a trusted, adaptable professional who enjoys variety, thrives in new situations, and takes pride in making a difference wherever they're needed.
This isn't a traditional caregiving position. As our Concierge Caregiver, you'll provide seamless coverage when schedules change, support new client starts, give our live-in caregivers time away for appointments, assist with caregiver introductions, deliver supplies, and help ensure that every client receives the dependable care they've come to expect from Living Care Home Services.

What We Offer
Unlike most caregiving positions, this role provides both stability and opportunity.
- Guaranteed pay equivalent to 30 hours every week at $20.00 per hour, whether you're scheduled for all 30 hours or not.
- Additional hours paid at $20.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on the assignment.
- Overtime paid at time-and-a-half for all hours worked over 40 each week.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Covering same-day caregiver call-offs and schedule changes.
- Providing temporary coverage for hourly and live-in caregivers.
- Supporting new client starts and caregiver introductions.
- Delivering supplies and assisting with special client needs.
- Participating in caregiver orientation and other field support activities.
- Providing outstanding personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
- Communicating with our office team to ensure excellent continuity of care.
- Traveling throughout Central Bucks County, primarily in and around the Doylestown area, wherever you're needed most.
Qualifications
Required
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass all required background checks.
- Negative TB test within the past year.
- Reliable personal vehicle with a valid driver's license and insurance.
- Comfortable traveling locally throughout the workday between multiple client homes.
Preferred
- Two or more years of professional caregiving or home care experience.
- CNA, HHA, or comparable caregiving experience.
- A flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
