Duties
- Supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring all vehicles are cleaned efficiently and to high standards
- Lead, train, and motivate staff in cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and workflow to maximize productivity during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including janitorial and custodial tasks as needed
- Monitor equipment performance, coordinate maintenance or repairs promptly to minimize downtime
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all operations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote a positive experience for all visitors
Requirements
- Proven supervising or management experience in cleaning services, hospitality, or similar environments
- Strong background in custodial work, janitorial tasks, or commercial cleaning operations
- Experience with laundry or housecleaning management is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers
- Knowledge of safety standards related to cleaning equipment and chemical handling
- Previous hotel or hospitality management experience is advantageous but not required
