Starting pay rate: $33hr and up

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents
Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and overall care
Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:
Current licensure and good standing as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Missouri
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
