Are you a self-starter, are you a go getter? Are you a good closer can you cold call? If so we want to talk to you. Baza Services is looking for a highly motivated outside sales person
- Get new sales leads and prospect new clientele throughout and surrounding cities in those areas.
- Will be responsible for setting appointments with potential clients
- Develop new business through existing client referrals and personal networking efforts.
- Communicate all sales and operational forecasts through planning and goal setting with company directors.
- Maintain an effective database of potential and current customers then create a solid pipeline of opportunities
- Responsible for the creation and delivery of proposals and presentations
- Maintain solid client relationships in an effort to cross-sell and up-sell to create additional opportunities
- Strive to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work from home as well as in the designated territory
- NO relocation required- Travel expense compensation discussed in the interview.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 + years’ B2B, business development experience. Must be a TRUE HUNTER. Experience within janitorial operations etc preferred.
- Prior cleaning, janitorial work, floor work preferred.
- Ability to identify the decision-maker and get deals closed
- Must have knowledge of and experience in market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Must be well organized and able to prioritize assignments.
- Must possess a professional personality and be professional at all times.
