Minimum Requirements:
- Associate degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
- Active Florida SLPA license
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services under SLP supervision
- Assist in implementing therapy plans and IEP goals
- Prepare therapy materials and support session planning
- Track and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to reinforce communication strategies
