Position Overview:
We are seeking licensed clinicians who are credentialed in multiple U.S. states to join our practice. The ideal candidate is experienced in working with couples and families, comfortable providing telehealth services, and committed to delivering evidence-based care. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a broad client population across state lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in case consultations as needed
- Ensure adherence to all state licensing laws and professional guidelines across jurisdictions
- Manage a consistent caseload while maintaining quality of care
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, Psychologist) in at least two or more U.S. states
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Experience working with couples and families required
- Strong understanding of evidence-based modalities (e.g., EFT, CBT, Gottman Method, etc.)
- Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Credentialed with major insurance panels in multiple states
- Ability to work with diverse populations and presenting concerns
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
