We are a busy integrative medicine clinic that treats a wide range of conditions, from general wellness to chronic illness. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term position with our team with potential growth, and is compassionate, energetic, and appreciates true patient care. This position requires the desire to work alongside providers and staff to learn about multiple modalities, holistic care options, supplements and nutrition, and pass that information on to patients and the public, providing quality care options.
Responsibilities and Duties
This person's responsibilities include the following:
- Greeting and interacting with patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Providing office tours and assisting in marketing efforts
- Promoting services and special programs related to patient goals and care plans
- Assist in special projects
- Accurately collecting, updating, and verifying patient information
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in EMR
- Manage busy phones and answering calls promptly
- Assist with patient scheduling and daily patient interaction
- Managing multiple doctor’s schedules
- Patient check-out: explaining treatment plans and confirming future appt's and tasks are set
- Collecting and processing payments
- Opening and/or Closing Duties based onposition
Qualifications and Skills

Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma or higher (Medical Assistant Training or related health Certifications are a PLUS)
- 2 years minimum experience in patient care and customer service
- Personal/Work experience in Naturopathic and/or Integrative/Functional Medicine PREFERRED
- Knowledge of medical records processing, RX processing
- Marketing, Web, and Social Media experience
- High level of experience with: Word, Excel, Adobe, Canva, EMR, Digital Fax
- Bilingual a PLUS (English/Spanish)

Work hours range from: Mon-Thurs 8:30am – 6:00pm, Fri 8:30am – 3:00pm
Expected hours: 40 per week
Salary: $18.50-21.00/hr DOE and room for growth
