Spectrum Design + Build is an Award-Winning Residential Remodeling firm, in business since 2011, and is looking to hire a skilled lead carpenter to join our amazing & growing firm. This position comes with significant opportunity for growth and responsibility.
Our office is located in Silver Spring, Maryland, and most of our work is performed in
Washington, DC and Montgomery County.
We specialize in Kitchens, Baths, Additions, Basements, Whole House and Outdoor
Living remodels. Every client project is always unique!

Job Qualifications:
- Organized, dependable, and self directed individual
- 3-5 Years of experience in residential remodeling
- Understanding of construction plans, general building systems, trades, & code compliance
- Proven ability to perform all phases of remodeling, from frame-to-finish
- Has reliable transportation to/from work
- Ability to work as a team player and be flexible
