Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial trucks with manual transmissions, including end dump trucks or lowboy.
- Drive assigned routes efficiently while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage the secure transport of freight across different terrains and weather conditions, maintaining timely delivery schedules.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and route adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, load details, and delivery documentation for compliance purposes.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience operating tractor-trailers, dump trucks, or similar heavy-duty vehicles.
- Skilled in manual transmission truck operation with a solid understanding of truck mechanics.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to trucking, including DOT regulations and vehicle inspections.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
