Automotive Shop Foreman / Potential Managing Partner

We are an established, independently owned automotive repair shop in Riverdale, GA looking for an experienced and dependable Shop Foreman to join our team.
We are a small but high-grossing shop with a strong customer base and consistent workload. We're looking for someone who can lead from the front, manage workflow, maintain quality standards, and help take the shop to the next level.

What We're Looking For
- Experienced automotive Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or Service Manager
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to oversee and manage daily shop workflow
- Ability to assign work and keep jobs moving efficiently
- Maintain quality control and ensure repairs are completed correctly
- Assist with difficult diagnostics and repairs when needed
- Help manage technicians and maintain accountability
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, professional, and able to lead by example
- Understanding of shop profitability, productivity, and efficiency is a plus
- Valid driver's license
