Uncorked Kitchen is looking for a PART-TIME dishwasher to join our customer focused team. We are not a traditional restaurant and not a traditional event venue. We are a place where guests cook together, friends gather over wine, and celebrations feel personal. Our team works collaboratively across roles to create experiences guests remember and return for.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, has an eye for cleanliness, and a keen sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
❖ Maintaining the cleanliness of the public areas including bathrooms and hallways
❖ Wash, sanitize and organize small wares, dishes, glasses, silverware pots and pans.
❖ Maintain cleanliness in the back kitchen, dish area and storage areas.
❖ Restock kitchen and bathroom supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet tissue etc.); notify management when running low on inventory.
❖ Responsible for organization, cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance of the dishes, dish area and related equipment and sinks per regulations of the Health Department and the standards of cleanliness put forth by the restaurant.
Qualifications:
❖ Motivated self-starter with excellent standards of cleanliness.
❖ Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.
❖ Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
❖ The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
❖ Be able to work standing for 6+ hours per shift.
❖ Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
❖ Previous dishwashing experience preferred.
