Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and creative Social Media Lead to own the day-to-day growth of our social media presence across the Brian Brothers portfolio of brands.
This role is responsible for determining what content is needed, directing content requests to the Head of Content Creation, managing social media publishing, growing our audiences, overseeing influencer partnerships, and managing Program Six, our creator group.
The ideal candidate understands what performs on social media, can build strong relationships with influencers, and knows how to transform content into audience growth and engagement.
Experience in fashion, streetwear, ecommerce, or creator marketing is a MAJOR plus.
Location & Schedule
This is a full-time, in-person position based primarily at our Carlstadt, NJ office.
Candidates should be comfortable attending lifestyle shoots throughout New York City and New Jersey, as well as working from our warehouse when needed.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media
- Develop and manage social media content calendars across all Brian Brothers brands.
- Determine content needs and coordinate production requests with the Head of Content Creation.
- Publish content across all social platforms, including:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- TikTok
- Reddit
- Pinterest
- X (Twitter)
- Snapchat
- YouTube
- Other emerging platforms
- Monitor analytics and continuously improve social media performance.
- Identify trends, viral opportunities, and new platform features.
- Grow followers, engagement, reach, and video views across all channels.
Influencer Marketing
- Recruit and onboard 100+ new influencers each month.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and creators.
- Secure whitelisting permissions and content usage rights.
- Increase influencer posting frequency through ongoing communication.
- Coordinate gifting, product shipments, and influencer campaigns.
- Track influencer performance and maintain partnership records.
Program Six
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Program Six.
- Organize and execute one full-day Program Six production day each month.
- Coordinate production of:
- 4 long-form YouTube videos each month
- Short-form content designed for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Develop content concepts designed to maximize engagement and viral potential.
- Coordinate schedules, products, locations, and production logistics.
- Work with the Head of Content Creation to capture additional photo and video assets featuring Program Six members.
Production Support
- Attend all major lifestyle and ecommerce photo and video shoots.
- Assist with production, talent coordination, and logistics.
- Capture photo and video content when needed.
- Edit photo and video content when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Content Creation, Director, Brand, and Director, Marketing to maximize the effectiveness of all content produced.
