RPK Construction LLC is seeking experienced Plumbers and Electricians to join our growing residential construction and remodeling team. We are currently considering qualified candidates for either W-2 employment or 1099 independent-contractor opportunities, depending on experience, qualifications, availability, and the working arrangement.
We complete renovation, remodeling, structural repair, addition, and construction projects throughout Bucks County, Greater Philadelphia, and surrounding areas of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Responsibilities
Depending on your trade and experience, responsibilities may include:
- Completing residential plumbing or electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades
- Performing rough-in and finish work for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and other renovations
- Diagnosing problems and recommending appropriate solutions
- Reading project plans, scopes of work, and specifications
- Coordinating with project managers, homeowners, inspectors, and other trades
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Completing work according to applicable building codes and project requirements
- Providing clear updates regarding project progress, material needs, and unforeseen conditions
Qualifications
Qualified applicants must:
- Have professional plumbing or electrical experience
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Own the tools and equipment necessary to perform their trade
- Be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and other trades
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance on occupied residential job sites
- Follow all job-site safety procedures
- Be able to travel to projects throughout our service area
- Hold any licenses, registrations, or certifications required for the work being performed
Experience with residential remodeling and renovation work is strongly preferred.

W-2 Employment:
Best suited for applicants seeking ongoing employment, employee benefits, and a consistent position within our construction team. Vehicle and tools are required and not provided.
1099 Independent Contractor:
Best suited for established, properly insured trade professionals or businesses operating independently and providing their own tools, transportation, and required business documentation.
Final worker classification will be determined based on the actual working relationship, position requirements, and applicable laws.
