Established, 9 year old Acupuncture Clinic in Long Lake, MN seeks outgoing, self-motivated part-time to full-time Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) who is eager to join and grow a holistic wellness practice. Must be able to take on seeing two patients per hour, stay organized, multi-task and manage time well. Must be caring and committed to excellent quality health services delivered with the utmost level of integrity.
Working knowledge of herbal medicine recommended but not required. Facial rejuvenation and micro needling certification is a plus but not mandatory. Must be open to learning more treatment styles based on patient needs. Recent graduates welcome.
Qualifications:
The associate must hold a current and active license by the NCCAOM and the MN medical board. The associate must follow clean needle technique and provide their own Malpractice insurance.
Preferably 1 year experience but will consider ambitious, newly graduated Licensed Acupuncturists.
Duties:
Licensed Acupuncturist will perform Acupuncture and adjunct services including but not limited to: Electro-Acupuncture, Cupping, Gua Sha, Tui Na, TCM Food Therapy, Care Plans, Facial rejuvenation Acupuncture, Micro Needling, Prescribing Herbs, etc.
Other duties:
Associate may be responsible for cleaning and folding linens used during their shift, washing cups, cleaning, and re-stocking rooms, responding to emails and calls from patients, etc. The practitioner will be responsible for holding and maintaining Malpractice Insurance and Continuing Education. The associate will be asked but not required to do some unpaid networking/marketing events.

Employee Schedule (some flexibility):
Part to full-time to start.
Tuesdays: 7 or 8-5:30 or 6:30
Thursdays (optional): 7 or 8-5:30 or 6:30
Fridays: 7 or 8-1 or later
Saturdays: 8am-2pm
**Hours are somewhat flexible.
Possibility to work full-time hours to start Saturday and/or Sundays but will be alone at the clinic.
Other mornings or evenings available upon request and patient load.
Pay:
The 1099 associate will be contracted at $38-$48.50 per treatment for existing patients (1hr) and $57-72.75 for new patients (1.5hrs) depending on experience. The employee will have some flexibility with their schedule, depending on patient load.
Practitioner will be allowed to use 2 treatment rooms (potential to make $80 and up/hour when seeing 2/hour).
*Bonus potential after 1 year review.
