Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional climate control solutions across commercial and residential settings. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation and prevent breakdowns
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC system issues using electrical diagnostics tools such as ohmmeters and other hand tools
- Diagnose mechanical problems within HVAC/R systems and execute effective repairs or replacements
- Conduct electrical diagnostics on HVAC systems to identify faults in electrical components or wiring
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and building plans to facilitate accurate installation and repair work
- Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Skills
- Proven experience in construction or HVAC service technician roles with a strong understanding of mechanical systems repair
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles, refrigeration cycles, plumbing connections, electrical systems, and building automation systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently using specialized tools such as ohmmeters and hand tools
- Familiarity with HVAC/R codes, EPA certification requirements for refrigerant handling, and electrical safety standards
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients
- Mechanical knowledge of boilers, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and other mechanical components
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (including <PERSON> driver if applicable) for safe travel between job sites

Pay: $27.71 - $34.00 per hour
