We are looking for a creative, organized, and growth-oriented Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help expand our online presence, increase community engagement, and generate new client leads.
This person will oversee our social media platforms, content creation, marketing initiatives, and community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate understands how to create compelling wellness content, grow a local brand, and turn social media attention into booked appointments.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is both creative and strategic.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
- Create engaging photo, video, and educational content
- Plan and schedule posts consistently
- Write captions and wellness-focused marketing copy
- Create reels and short-form videos
- Monitor engagement and respond to messages/comments
Email Marketing
- Create and send email newsletters and promotional campaigns
- Help develop monthly email marketing calendars
- Write compelling subject lines and wellness-focused email copy
- Promote services, events, specials, and educational content through email
- Help improve open rates, engagement, and conversions
- Segment and organize email lists
- Assist with lead nurturing and client reactivation campaigns
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Help execute marketing campaigns and promotions
- Assist with event marketing and open houses
- Help increase awareness of key services
- Track marketing performance and recommend improvements
Content Creation
- Film and edit short videos in-office
- Capture testimonials and client success stories
- Create graphics, flyers, and promotional materials
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms
Community Engagement
- Help build partnerships with local businesses and organizations
- Engage with followers and online wellness communities
- Support referral and review-generation initiatives
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with platforms such as Canva, Flodesk and/or Mindbody
- Photography/videography experience
- Experience working with wellness, medical, fitness, or health brands
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
