We are hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a residential community in Indianapolis. This role requires someone who is not only skilled, but reliable, honest, and willing to work hard every day. What You’ll Do:
- Complete daily work orders and service requests efficiently and correctly
- Perform unit turns, ensuring apartments are move-in ready
- Handle plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, and general maintenance
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-kept grounds and common areas
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls (on-call rotation required)
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience (required)
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
- Must have own tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- HVAC certification preferred
