How you'll make an impact in this role:
Supervise the daily activities of the pharmacy staff. May perform the duties of a Pharmacist.

Schedule and assign daily work assignments for pharmacy staff.

Train, coach, and evaluate associates on performance expectations, and apply progressive discipline when appropriate. Participate in hiring and termination procedures within span of control.

Act as liaison between department and other hospital departments, physicians and external customers in matters relating to pharmacy operations.

Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure that procedures and policies comply with organizational, federal, state and Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Pharmacist credentialed from the Indiana Board Of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
Work Experience:
-
1 year of experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need:
- Inpatient pharmacy/pharmacist experience is required
