Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of company facilities
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair activities
- Manage vendor contracts and facility service providers
- Monitor facility budgets and control operating expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations
- Support space planning and workplace improvement initiatives
- Supervise maintenance personnel and external contractors
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in facilities management, property management, maintenance operations, or building services
- Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
- Knowledge of workplace safety and building maintenance practices
Skills
- Facilities and maintenance management
- Vendor and contractor coordination
- Budget management and cost control
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- IFMA, FMP, CFM, or other relevant professional certifications are an advantage
Pay: $82,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
