Geritom Medical is hiring a Full-Time Pharmacy Data Entry Processor to support our mission of improving lives through high-quality pharmacy services. With over 12,000 patients and 2,000 care facilities served across the Twin Cities, we are a leader in long-term care and specialty pharmacy.

What You’ll Do:
- Enter new and refill prescriptions accurately into pharmacy software
- Process insurance claims and resolve billing issues
- Communicate with prescribers regarding prior authorizations and medication changes
- Assist with filling and packaging prescriptions
- Answer incoming calls and support internal pharmacy teams
- Maintain clean workspaces and comply with pharmacy laws and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Pharmacy Technician License (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Prior experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy is a plus
- Data entry and customer service experience is a must
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
Schedule:
- Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekends off!
