Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Experienced Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction projects by performing a wide range of manual tasks and assisting with specialized trades. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, wall layout, siding, organizing materials, demolition and deliveries
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to support construction activities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assist tradespeople in executing their tasks
- Support carpentry tasks such as framing, door hanging, trim carpentry, and cabinetry installation
Requirements
- 2-5 years of commercial construction experience
- Clean Driving record
- Proven experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge of multiple trades including carpentry, masonry, roofing, plumbing and finishing techniques
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks consistently
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Experience:
- Commercial construction: 2 years (Required)
- Remodels and Tenant improvements: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's WA License (Required)
