Duties
- Greet guests warmly with energetic and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly with a friendly attitude, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain phone etiquette standards while managing multiple lines and directing calls appropriately.
- Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs swiftly and effectively.
- Uphold security protocols by verifying guest identities and monitoring access points to ensure safety for all visitors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for guest relations and hospitality excellence.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures is desirable.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high-volume calls professionally.
- Previous experience working in a resort or hotel environment is advantageous.
