Leasing Consultant Responsibilities
● Prospect Engagement: Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and online as the primary Leasing Consultant.
● Property Tours: Conduct engaging property tours, highlighting floor plans, community features, and premium amenities as a dedicated Leasing Agent.
● Lease Conversion: Convert incoming leads into signed leases, managing prompt follow-ups with prospective residents.
● Application Processing: Process rental applications, verify documentation, and complete lease paperwork accurately and efficiently.
● Resident Relations: Maintain strong resident relationships, resolve inquiries promptly, and consistently provide top-tier customer service.
● Marketing & Outreach: Assist with local marketing efforts, online listings, social media promotion, and community outreach as a proactive Leasing Consultant.
● Occupancy Goals: Work closely with the Property Manager to meet and exceed monthly leasing goals and occupancy targets.
● Office Excellence: Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming environment throughout the leasing office as an approachable Leasing Agent.
Leasing Consultant Requirements
● Interpersonal Skills: A positive attitude, outgoing personality, and exceptional customer-service skills.
● Sales Mindset: A proactive, sales-driven approach with strong attention to detail and reliability.
● Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic office software, email tools, and learning specialized property management software.
● Experience: Prior experience as a Leasing Consultant, Leasing Agent, sales associate, or customer service representative is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate!
