Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Maintenance professional to oversee and manage maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC/R systems, along with the ability to lead a team effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure all equipment is maintained at optimal performance levels while providing excellent customer service. Our goal to provide the finest-quality services to our residents and to do so in the most efficient and economical way possible, thus gaining our competitive edge so that our residents continue to be a part of our community and recommend us to others.
Duties
- Coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, including HVAC/R systems.
- Fabricate, maintain, and repair mechanical components as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance-related inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance operations.
- HVAC Certificate
- Have industry knowledge/experience in the Apartment Industry - Both lead and Make Ready. Minimum 7 years of experience.
- Pool certified is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Field service experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to work independently in various environments.
- MUST have a valid Driver's license.
- Pay 28-32 per hour depending on experience.
