AchieveAbility Therapy and Achievers Learning Academy are growing our Occupational Therapy team and seeking passionate Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our innovative school and clinic program.
This unique hybrid role allows therapists to provide services across both educational and clinical environments—all located on the same property. No traveling between locations. No juggling multiple sites. Just meaningful work with children and a collaborative team dedicated to helping them thrive.

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide pediatric therapy services across school and clinic settings while collaborating closely with families, educators, and fellow clinicians.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive pediatric evaluations
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Supporting sensory regulation, motor development, self-care skills, executive functioning, and classroom participation
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to support whole-child development
- Providing family education and home-program recommendations
- Maintaining timely documentation and clinical records
- Contributing to a positive, compassionate team culture
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
As a COTA, you will work alongside our Occupational Therapists to provide engaging, evidence-based treatment that helps children develop the skills needed for success at home, in school, and within their communities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing treatment plans under OT supervision
- Supporting sensory-motor, fine-motor, visual-motor, self-care, and regulation goals
- Facilitating individual and group therapy activities
- Monitoring progress and collecting treatment data
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintaining timely documentation
- Creating meaningful and motivating therapy experiences for children
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida OT or COTA license
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, child-centered care
- Passion for working with neurodivergent children and their families
