We're looking for a motivated Lawn Care Technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being outside. Experience is helpful, but if you bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Apply lawn fertilizers, weed control products, and other treatments safely and effectively
- Operate ride-on spreaders, sprayers, and hand tools
- Manage and service an assigned route of up to 250 customers
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Identify customer needs and recommend additional services
- Use mobile software to document work, record notes, and communicate with customers
- Work closely with teammates to ensure exceptional results and customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor work experience is a plus
- Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a Massachusetts Pesticide License
- Full training provided
- Licensing fees paid by the company
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 19 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and DOT physical
