Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance work, delegate tasks, and motivate the team on-site.
- Keep projects on schedule, check job quality, and ensure properties look great.
- Safely use and maintain commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and drive company trucks/trailers.
- Apply knowledge of turf care, plant identification, pruning, weeding, and seasonal cleanups.
- Perform basic irrigation checks and minor fixes to keep plants and lawns healthy.
- Ensure all team members follow safety guidelines and wear proper PPE.
Qualifications
- 1+ years leading a landscape maintenance or groundskeeping crew.
- : Strong understanding of plant care, turf management, and pruning.
- Confident operating commercial landscaping tools and machinery.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean record (trailer towing experience preferred).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform manual labor.
- Proven supervising or crew management experience within landscaping or outdoor construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture, and gardening practices.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
