Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment on the assembly line, ensuring smooth production flow
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components according to specifications
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials and finished products
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse
- Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects or issues
- Follow safety protocols consistently to maintain a secure working environment
- Support maintenance tasks for machinery and equipment as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Document production activities accurately and report any discrepancies or concerns
Requirements
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred
- Proven ability to operate forklifts, hand tools, and power tools safely
- Mechanical knowledge or background in assembly line operations highly desirable
- Experience working in a warehouse environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting with a proactive attitude
