JDP is seeking a degreed Quality Assurance Manager for a food manufacturer in Atlanta, GA area!
Responsibilities:

Manage all quality systems and food safety programs at the plant level

Manage all QA/QC employees including the day to day activities
-
Ensure quality standards and food safety controls are maintained at all levels

Oversee the compliant labeling and nutritional data program
-
Maintain and utilize data, identifying and reporting trends
-
Communicate with members of management across different divisions
-
Ensure all regulations are met across the plant
-
Lead and participate in all BRC safety initiatives
-
Enforce all food safety controls
Requirements:
-
Must have a Bachelor’s degree
-
5-7 years experience in Quality Assurance
-
Knowledge of USDA/FSIS regulations, HACCP, SSOP and GMP requirements
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
-
Experience with BRC Global Food Safety and Quality programs
