J&H Painting Services is seeking an experienced Foreman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a professional attitude, and experience managing residential and commercial painting projects. Responsibilities include supervising crews, coordinating daily job site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, communicating with customers and project managers, and keeping projects on schedule. Candidates should be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading by example. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and prior experience in the painting or construction industry are preferred.
