Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective homebuyers through in-person tours, virtual presentations, and follow-up communications to foster enthusiasm and trust.
- Develop tailored sales strategies utilizing marketing tools to attract new clients and promote available properties effectively.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and financing options with clients to close sales confidently while maintaining transparency and professionalism.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property details, and sales progress using property management and administrative systems.
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and company policies to promote ethical practices.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that highlight property features and community benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions promptly, guiding them through the buying process, and ensuring a smooth transaction experience.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse clientele.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or property management within real estate or related fields.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and property management best practices.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple client files, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Marketing expertise to develop innovative outreach strategies that attract potential buyers.

Pay: $49,435.01 - $200,000.00 per year
