Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate part time floater for our Nursery to come and join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves using Frog Street and Conscious Discipline curriculum.
Duties
- Implement curriculum activities, while teaching several skills that students need.
- Foster a nurturing classroom environment that promotes childhood development and encourages student participation.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and address any concerns.
- Help clean classrooms at the end of the day.
- Help change diapers and give snack.
- Be a team player.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
Qualifications
- Early Childhood Experience or Education or to be willing to go back to school.
- Experience working in a private school setting is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.
- Ability to effectively communicate with students of varying ages and backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
