This Senior Project Manager, Architecture opportunity is based in San Francisco, where you’ll lead renovation-focused projects and collaborate across studios that serve education, senior living, retail, commercial, and residential communities.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager position include:
- 10+ years of architectural project management experience, with education and senior living preferred (multifamily and retail experience also relevant)
- Lead renovation-focused projects from concept through closeout, including client relationships, teams, schedules, budgets, technical oversight, and construction administration
- Maintain strong project-management expertise; Deltek and Microsoft Project experience is relevant, and Revit is preferred
- Active California architect license preferred/typically required (20+ years of strong PM leadership may be considered without it)
- Serve as a strong communicator with an engaging personality who supports design, manages and mentors teams, builds client relationships, and contributes positively to the office culture
Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year, exceptional candidates above range may be considered if they bring client relationships/business.
