Saint Luke's Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Analyst to join our Team!
The Pharmacy Analyst oversees, manages and optimizes the medication procurement process.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Analyze and support medication procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of pharmaceutical products.
- Collect, validate, analyze, and report medication procurement and utilization data for pharmacy leadership.
- Audit and validate purchasing, dispensing, and inventory data to ensure compliance with federal 340B program requirements and organizational policies.
- Track, reconcile, and audit contract pharmacy payments, reimbursements, and receipts of funds.
- Monitor 340B program performance and assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and compliance enhancement.
- Coordinate efforts with pharmacy receiving teams to ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of medication purchases and related financial activities.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools to analyze large datasets, identify trends, perform audits, and create operational and financial reports.
- Develop, maintain, and automate reports, dashboards, and data validation processes to improve reporting efficiency and data integrity.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot application issues and identify system enhancements.
- Assist with software upgrades, testing, implementation activities, and ongoing maintenance of pharmacy applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures related to pharmacy systems, procurement, and 340B operations.
- Support regulatory audits and compliance reviews by gathering, validating, and presenting required data and documentation
- Bachelor’s Degree required
