Leasing Manager: Titan Court
Servitas Management Group, LLC at Titan Court at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Leasing Manager (LM) to join our team. The Leasing Manager will assist in the marketing, operations, and residence life functions of a building that houses 250 students.

The Leasing Manager will be focused on assisting with the marketing and lease-up of the community.
Leasing Operations
· Perform all tasks in a timely and efficient manner
· Project a favorable image of the community to achieve objectives and public recognition
· Ability to define problems/challenges, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and solutions.
· Proactive, evidence-based, solution-focused, innovative, flexible, adaptable, and open to change.
· A desire and ability to think strategically, with the ability to help lead a team within the organization.
· Adhere to standards and comply with: corporate procedures, government laws on Fair Housing, and all facility inspections.
· Generate traffic of prospective customers by designing advertisements for periodicals, direct mailers, follow-up letters, telemarketing campaigns, in-house programs, etc.
· Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining showrooms, and any follow-up necessary
· Regularly complete market surveys, including university and local marketing conditions
· Perform after-hours duties as needed (i.e., attend student functions, PR events, Manager on duty, etc.)
· Coordinate assigning of rooms, matching roommates, minimizing changes
· Assist, gather, and/or compile information for requested reports
· Complete all necessary paperwork for move-in, check-out, and other peak periods
· Process all paperwork associated with generating a lease; audit lease files regularly to make sure all leasing documents are complete and accurate
Education/Experience:
· Experience in leasing and sales, especially student housing
· Experience and Skills in customer service, staff supervision, effective communication, teamwork, detailed work, assertive and confident presentation of self, product, and company. Computer skills, including a working knowledge of email, internet, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications. Must be amenable to learning the student housing software utilized by the property.
· Work Experience: 1-3 Years Minimum
· Salary range: $39,500-$42,500 and is based on commensurate experience
· All candidates will undergo a background and drug screening check before employment.
