Invoicing and Order Entry Representative (Full Time)
Job Summary:
The Invoicing and Order Entry Representative will ensure precise and prompt order processing, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred.
Full Time Hours:
Mon-Thurs. (11am – 7pm)
Fri (9am-2pm)
Responsibilities:
-Deliver Outstanding Customer Service via Phone
-Oversee Customer Orders and Invoicing
-Process and enter all customer orders, ensuring that invoicing is accurate.
-Timely enter and verify information regarding customer orders, shipments, invoices, and more.
-Ensure timely tracking and expediting of all orders as necessary.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Computer Skills / MS Office
Experience in Customer Service
Data Entry Expertise
Outstanding Communication Skills – Including Written, Verbal, Interpersonal, and Telephone
Pay: $24.15 - $29.08 per hour
Work Location: In person
