Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction, and training to team members in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Monitor and direct workflow to maintain optimal production levels
- Assist in creating and maintaining a positive, high-energy work environment where employees are supported and valued and customers are appreciated
- Coordinate daily labor activities including breaks to ensure coverage during peak times
- Carry out opening and closing procedures including cash reconciliation at end of shift
- Anticipate and actively listen to customer needs and facilitate prompt and positive resolution of customer issues or concerns
- Supervise team members’ performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement
- Effectively communicate and exemplify professional behavior and company policies and procedures
- Execute site inspections for cleanliness and safety, ensuring equipment is in working order and the site is clean, neat, and attractive to customers at all times
- Assist in the maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues, and maintaining accurate service records
Qualifications
- Leadership experience overseeing three or more direct reports for at least one year
- One year of customer service experience, preferably in a supervisory role in a service industry
- Passion and desire to develop leadership competencies including sound decision-making and judgment, initiative, goal-orientation, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and conflict management
- Basic knowledge of computer software systems, including word processing and POS software
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team orientation with the ability to foster unity, create a positive work environment, and motivate others
- Bilingual preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
