Wild Acres Lakes, located in Dingmans Ferry, PA, is seeking to hire a full time Maintenance Supervisor, Monday through Friday 7am-3pm. As a hands-on position, the supervisor must have the ability to work with others and lead a team. Must have at least 1 yr. experience as a supervisor. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, carpentry, landscaping, plumbing, pool maintenance and snow plowing.

Full job description
Position: Working Maintenance Supervisor / Monday-Friday 7am-3pm. After hours and weekends as needed.
Duties include but not limited to:
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department.
Plan work assignments and projects.
Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Snowplow operations experience.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
Hires and trains maintenance department staff.
Assists other departments as Recreation or Public Safety as needed.
Landscaping, culvert repair and replacement, tree work, potholes, light carpentry and electrical, fleet maintenance and repair and other duties as needed.
Pay: Salary $40,000-$52,500 / Pay cycle: Weekly / Health benefits and vision after 90days.
