Job Summary

Duties
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as edging, trimming, and mowing
- Maintain district ponds, channels and facilities through mowing, edging, aeration, and fertilization to ensure healthy turf growth
- Perform and document visual inspections of Municipal Utility Districts
- Help with irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure efficient watering of landscapes
Skills
- Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices
- Proficiency with hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers)
- Ability to follow safety procedures when working with equipment and around construction sites
- Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
