Pay Package
Travel W2
- Weekly Pay: Up to $2,448
- Blended Hourly Rate: $68.00/hour
- Taxable Hourly Rate: $33.00/hour
- Non-Taxable Stipend: $35.00/hour
- Weekly Taxable Pay: $1,188
- Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,260
Travel 1099
- Weekly Pay: Up to $2,592
- Hourly Rate: $72.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate postpartum and newborn care.
- Monitor maternal and newborn health throughout the recovery period.
- Perform antepartum assessments and fetal monitoring.
- Educate patients and families on newborn care, breastfeeding, recovery, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Float to Labor & Delivery (L&D) and NICU as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and deliver evidence-based nursing care.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of Mother/Baby, Postpartum, or LDRP nursing experience
- Experience floating to Labor & Delivery (L&D) and NICU
- Experience with:
- Postpartum care
- Newborn/baby care
- Antepartum care
- Antepartum monitoring
- Fetal monitoring (certificate not required; experience required)
- BLS (AHA)
- NRP certification

Pay: $68.00 - $72.00 per hour
