About the Role
We are looking for a driven and strategic TikTok Shop US Live Commerce Lead / Manager to scale our Live Commerce operations into a core revenue engine. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of live commerce sessions for our high-growth K-Beauty & Health portfolio, including premium brands like KAHI, nooni, CheongKwanJang (Red Ginseng), and Easydew.
You will manage local hosts, design engaging live formats, optimize real-time sales using the TikTok Shop Seller Center, and utilize data dashboards to continuously boost performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Host & Content Management: Identify, recruit, and manage local live hosts optimal for the U.S. target audience. Guide and script live sessions by defining engaging hooks, product selling points, and clear calls-to-action (CTA).
- Live Stream Technical Operations: Own the technical setup and stability of live streams using the desktop-based TikTok Shop LIVE Manager. Manage OBS integration, multi-camera broadcasting, and live billboard configurations to ensure seamless production.
- Real-Time Sales Boosting (Promotion & Pinning): Monitor live traffic and conversion metrics during broadcasts to strategically trigger interactive features like Flash Sales and Giveaways. Optimize product pinning strategies in real time based on click-through rates (CTR) and conversion metrics.
- Data Analysis & Performance Optimization: Post-stream, diagnose core performance KPIs (traffic, product affinity, content engagement, promotion efficacy) using TikTok Shop LIVE Dashboard and Suggested LIVE Improvements tools. Turn data into immediate action plans for subsequent broadcasts.
Qualifications
- Passion & Relevant Experience: A strong, demonstrable interest in the live commerce landscape, or relevant experience in planning and operating live streams that directly drive e-commerce sales.
- Platform Proficiency: Comfortable with navigating and utilizing the TikTok Shop US Seller Center, specifically the LIVE Manager and Affiliate Creator matching tools.
- Data Literacy: Ability to interpret standard e-commerce funnel metrics—not just overall GMV, but nuanced metrics such as Enter Room Rate (ERR) and Click-to-Order conversion rates (C_O)—to adjust live strategies.
- Language & Communication: Professional proficiency in both English and Korean. Must be able to communicate smoothly with U.S.-based creators/users and effectively collaborate with internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Proven professional experience as a Live Commerce Producer, Director (PD), or Operations Manager.
- Hands-on experience setting up physical studio spaces and broadcasting equipment (lighting, audio, OBS software, etc.).
- Prior experience in U.S. market e-commerce sales, specifically within the K-Beauty or K-Health categories.
- Local to the LA/Cerritos area with an easy commute to our studio.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
