Job Description
We are hiring experienced CDL A OTR Drivers to haul over-the-road reefer freight. This position offers excellent mileage pay, consistent freight, modern equipment, and the opportunity to run up to 3,500 miles per week.
Drivers typically stay out 2 to 3 weeks at a time depending on their home location and personal preferences. Freight consists of 100% no-touch refrigerated loads with no routes into the Northwest, helping provide more efficient freight lanes and consistent miles.
Drivers operate late-model automatic Kenworth and Freightliner tractors while enjoying a pet-friendly environment. This position is ideal for experienced drivers who enjoy maximizing miles and earning potential while operating newer equipment.

Pay Package

Duties
- Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer hauling refrigerated freight.
- Transport freight throughout approved operating areas while complying with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and transportation documentation.
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip updates and delivery schedules.
- Operate efficiently to maximize available miles and productivity.
- Report equipment concerns and maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow all company safety policies and customer service expectations.
- Maintain professionalism while representing the company.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL License
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience
- No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years
- No more than 2 preventable accidents within the past 3 years
- Must reside east of Iowa (drivers residing west of Iowa are not eligible for this position)
- Strong commitment to safety and on-time performance
- Ability to operate automatic transmission tractors
